1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and equipment for flue systems, stoves, fireplaces, and chimneys through the emberfix.it website.

2. Purchase methods

Orders can be placed online through the website. The contract is considered concluded at the time of the order confirmation sent by email.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. Any shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is made by courier within 2-5 working days. Times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without obligation to provide a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or tailor-made products
Sealed products opened after delivery

6. Warranty

The products sold are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity. In case of defects, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.

Return period: 14 days from receipt

Conditions: the product must be intact, unused, and in the original packaging
Return shipping costs: borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated
Refund: within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method
